Functieomschrijving Delivery Driver DHL Express
As a courier at DHL you will deliver and pick up (international) parcels at private and business clients. The packages you will deliver can be of small, medium and large size and are times critical deliveries. With your efoort you make sure the deliveries are made on time. With your customer oriented skills you help clients with all the information and support they might need. Beside that you do a couple of administrative actionssuch as checking customs documents and delivery notes.
You start your work day by picking up your DHL van at the service center. After that you make sure your parcels are loaded into the van. Finished loading up? It's go time! Diring your shift you deliver between 50 a 80 packages.
At DHL we work day shifts from monday to friday between 08:00 and 19:00, and afternoon-evening shifts between 13:00 and 21:00.
